Website for Olivia Restaurants
Commisioned by Drueklasen, we set out in October with keen spirits and a lot of energy, and started building the new website for Olivia. As it so happened the site launch was delayed, but we are all happy that it is finally launched. The site focuses on the two main objectives hungry customers are after, namely looking at the menu and booking a table. It should be just as easy to check out the menu and book a table on the mobile as on the ol' desktop machine.
The site is designed by Mr. Edmond Yang and developed by me.
If you feel like Italian tonight, go check it out!
Partnership for Change video site
Partnership for Change's new video site is built on the 23video video-centric CMS recently released in Norway. Partnering up with 23company I help some of their clients launch their own video sites, and first out was Partnership for Change. The work consisted in setting up the site, adding some custom javascript and making the site responsive. Design is by Soli Daud over at Hippie Media

Horizons
Playing around with css3 and css transform and transitions, I made a demo-effect for a recent project. In the end we didn't use the effect, so I thought I'd make a personal twist to it, by rebuilding the demo with my own photos from some of my more recent travels. Created for Chrome, but seems to work in Safari and Firefox too.

Onepage-orama
I normally don't add small projects like this to my site, but I thought I'd make an exception for this one, since its a great break from the norm. Websites don't have to be supercomplex and take months to create, allthough they sometimes do, they can be done in, well, a day. All design and development was done in a day, and lo and behold, it even got the clients approval the same day. The site is responsive, as sites should be.

Rå sport by Unfold
Rå sport is a niche sports store focusing on mountain, backcountry, windsurf and bikes. Working with Unfold, we created a new website and webshop for Rå sport. Unfold had the design and concept, and I mainly helped out with frontend programming ( html, css and javascript ) together with Unfold.

Mobile site for VIC
Created together with Magnus Cederholm, on commision from Kitchen, the site features a members club and a store finder, and is optimized for mobile devices and tabs/pads, as a supplement for their flash-driven site. The site is yet to be launched.

OFV Kjøretøydata
So.. What have I been up to the last year or so. I have been busy doing idea, concept, design and development for this project. The site is a closed site for the automotive industry in Norway, where importers and resellers can create their own profiles, search amongst all new cars imported to Norway each year, create comparisons, get notifications of new/changed vehicles and create their own vehicles.
It only took us about a year, but happily, I'm very pleased with the result. The concept and idea was created for Popkorn by Kai Arne Aspeli and myself on behalf of the client, OFV. The functionality and all the development was done by Kim Sørensen at Popkorn, and myself. Design was initially done by me, but Magnus Cederholm took over the design late last fall, changed much of it, and reskinned the rest, and of course made it a lot nicer!
The webiste is based solely on stateless webservices, and all communication is done via ajax/JSON. Since the webservices is stateless and don't save anything about the current user, we needed to build a javascript system to keep the state, the user info, to save session data for quick lookup and to save on the number of server calls. This was done through an MVC-like system based on backbone and jquery. The HTML templating system was created based on jqote.
The site is now launched as beta, and is due for proper release this fall.
Sydney moments
Some footage taken during my 4 months stay in Sydney, learning how to handle my new 7D. All footage by me, music taken from a Nike ad. Put together in Premiere, and finished off in After Effects.
